This is where we come into play. Our company has been around since 2002 – back then based in Berlin (West) and now in the Rhine metropolis of Cologne. In addition to traditional property management with all its accounting tasks, we offer a wide range of services right from the start.
We have no size restrictions. It doesn't matter how large or small the property to be managed is. Our pricing allows us to work out a fair price for everyone.
Below is a brief overview of our publication areas:
- We are organizing the inherited accounting and bringing structure back into it.
- Already during the first property inspection, the current state is determined, and any existing backlog of renovations is recorded, processed, and sustainably reduced.
- Through our network, we have the opportunity to optimize object-related contracts and, in most cases, even improve the terms.

- Creating individual budgets, financial plans, housing benefit statements, optimizing operating costs, preparing & conducting the owners' meeting - also possible online.
For the rental management of residential and commercial properties:
- Recording tenants, carrying out new rentals with the appropriate selection of prospective tenants,
- Carrying out tenant collections with appropriate record-keeping,
- Creating the heating & operating cost statements,
- Comprehensible vacancy management,
- Regular property inspections, including in the rental apartments.
